At PWHL Shop, we want you to wear your team colors with pride; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your official PWHL merchandise.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
