How long will it take to receive my PWHL merchandise?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within North America. Please note that during peak season or new team launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

What is your return policy for fan apparel?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Custom-printed jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Are the jerseys the same as what the players wear on the ice?

We offer both 'Replica' jerseys for fans and 'Authentic' jerseys that closely match the on-ice specifications used by the professional athletes.

Do you ship internationally?
